Korean Beef Bowl

  • 1 package Pound of Ground® Hearty or Original Ground Beef Crumbles®
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Precooked rice or microwavable bag of rice
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Optional toppings: fried egg, kimchi and sesame seeds


  1. Microwave rice, or pour pre-cooked rice into a wide bowl to form a base.
  2. Prepare Pound of Ground® ground beef according to package directions, drain drippings. Stir in chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar and cook for one minute.
  3. Sauté spinach and season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Top the rice with prepared Crumbles®, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, and optional toppings if desired.
